We're excited to share the new features that have been created at www.footballsweeps.com!

One of the best new features for 2005 is that you can become a Member.  By creating a membership, you can have your own personal membership which saves your ticket information, how to be contacted if you win, and purchase tickets online.  Now when you login into footballsweeps.com, you can instantly see how well your tickets are doing!  By being a Member the goal is to make the experience easier, faster, and more enjoyable.

In addition, we understand that you want control over your personal information.  As a Member, you decide what information other people can see.  For example, if you win maybe you want people to see your name; maybe not. Maybe you want people to see only your screen name. Or maybe you want to be completely anonymous. We respect your privacy and leave these important personsal choices up to you.

 Member Registration

Member registeration is fast, FREE and confidential. (Privacy Policy)
Member registration makes checking your sweepstakes results online simple and fast. You can register using either the Access Code printed on the front of your ticket or with your Organization's Password that is printed on the organization's posters. Once registered, you can log in to view sweepstakes results, manage tickets, edit your membership, and purchases tickets online.  (Note: Not all organizations allow online ticket purchases.)

REGISTERING WITH AN ACCESS CODE


If you have purchased a physical ticket from an organization, you can use the Access Code printed on the front of the ticket to begin the registration process. When the registration process is complete, this ticket will automatically be associated with your membership.

REGISTERING WITH AN ORGANIZATION'S PASSWORD


If you have not purchased a physical ticket from your organization, you can still register for an account using the Organization's Password printed on their posters. When you use the Organization's Password to register you will not have any tickets associated with your account. You can add physical tickets to your account at any time by hitting the "Add a ticket" button on your account home page. Tickets purchased online will automatically be added to your user account.

Required information for the registration process:

Ticket's Access Code OR Organization's Password
Your First and Last Name
A Valid Email Address
A Password


Optional information for the registration process:

The following information is optional and can be added to your user profile at any time.

Winner Contact Information
Address and phone numbers used to contact you if you are a winner.
Screen Name
Displays next to your ticket number in the sweepstakes results pages.
Payment Information*
Credit Card/ PayPal® account information used for online ticket purchases.

*Specifying payment information is optional.  Member registration is free.


 Access Codes  What is my Access Code?



A unique 9 digit alpha-numeric code is printed on the front of each ticket.
This code can be used when first registering as a Member and is required when adding tickets to an existing membership. Should you have any questions or concerns, providing us with this access code will enable us to assist you more efficiently.


 Multiple Tickets


A member can have multiple tickets associated with their membership. The registration process is required only once. Once a membership has been created, Physical Tickets can be added to a membership from the member's home page. Tickets purchased online are automatically added to a member's account. A member easily view and compare all of their tickets' results.


 Purchasing Physical Tickets  


Money for Physical Tickets is paid directly to non-profit organization.


Once purchased, a physical ticket can be added to an online User Account.

Physical Tickets are purchased directly from your organization. Money is collected by the ticket seller and turned in to the organization. Use the Access Code printed on the front of your Physical Ticket to either register as a member or to add this ticket to your existing membership. Since all donations from Physical Tickets are handled through the ticket seller, you will never be required to submit credit card or PayPal® information when managing Physical Tickets through your membership.


 Purchasing Online Tickets  



A credit card or PayPal® account is required to purchase Online Tickets.
Online Tickets are automatically added to a Member's account.


Online Tickets can be purchased online using the credit card or PayPal® account associated with your membership. Your organization's profit will be directly deposited into their fundraising account.

A ticket seller may give you a print out of an inactivated Online Ticket for future purchase online. When adding the Access Code to your membership you will be prompted for payment online. Ticket sellers should never collect Online Ticket donations for their organization - all Online Ticket donations are processed online.

Online purchases are secure and private. Your personal information will never be sold to outside parties. Please read our Privacy Policy for more details.


 Request to be a Ticket Seller

You can request to be a ticket seller to help your organization raise the money it needs.
Each ticket seller request must be approved by the organization. The organization decides how many tickets and what ticket type (physical or online) you will be assigned to sell.

When selling physical tickets, the ticket seller collects the money and turns it into the organization. When selling online tickets the ticket seller does not collect money - all payment is handled online. Your organization will provide you with all information you need to be a part of their fundraising team.


 U Pik 'em  

Organizations have the choice to add the "U PIK 'EM" game to their 3 or 4 Team Sweepstakes Fundraising Programs.

U PIK 'EM is a new online game that allows players to choose three (3) teams they believe will score the most or least number of points for a particular week in the 2005 Pro Football Season. A player picks 3 teams and the number of points those teams will score for that week. Winners are the players who correctly guess the 3 highest and lowest scoring teams as well as come the closest to guessing the actual points their teams scored.

For organizations running U PIK 'EM - one Pick is included with each 3 or 4 Team Ticket Donation. Additional PICKS can be purchased online.

If your organization is not currently offering U PIK 'EM, letting them know you are interested in such a Sweepstakes will help them plan their future Fundraisers.
