Information is used only for internal Green Bee Fundraising, LLC ("GBF") purposes. Your information will never be sold, rented, or available to an outside party. Phone numbers and emails are never provided to outside parties. Green Bee Fundraising, LLC does not engage in or support spam email practices.  We get tired of fighting spam just as much as you do. We do not enjoy getting unsolicited phone calls. We feel it is a waste of trees sending junk mail that is thrown into the trash.

GBF's Privacy Statement

This GBF Privacy Statement discloses the information privacy practices for GBF's United States Web site, www.footballsweeps.com. The GBF Web site is intended for use by residents of the U.S. that are over 18 years of age.

 What information we collect from you
GBF collects personally identifiable information ("PI") about you that you specifically and voluntarily provide. PI includes information that can identify you as a specific individual, such as your name, phone number, or e-mail address. Although you are required to register as a member of GBF in order to use selected online results summary, ticket details, winners, and some PI is needed in order to process and fulfill online discount card buying; you by no means are required to provide any PI in order to participate in your organization's sweepstakes program. You are not required to be registered online in order to be a winner in your organizations' sweepstakes program.

GBF collects PI when you:

Member information
GBF collects your Member ID, password, and e-mail address when you register to become a member of our Web site.

Online Discount Card purchase information
Credit Cards.  GBF collects the billing address of the credit card that is used to purchase Online Discount Cards. We will also collect credit card information, including card number, card type, cardholder name, and expiration date, in order to bill you for Online Discount Cards purchased using a credit card through GBF.

Paypal.  GBF collects no information regarding Paypal accounts.  Purchases made using Paypal are redirected to Paypal's website.  You enter in your registered Paypal account and Paypal sends GBF notification that payment has been received.  GBF has no visibility regarding any Paypal information.

Contacting GBF
GBF collects PI such as your full name, Member ID, e-mail address, and/or contact number whenever you submit a question or suggestion, or request assistance with viewing sweepstakes results, logging on to footballsweeps.com, or accessing your account.

Other information we collect
Some information is collected automatically every time you visit GBF (e.g., cookies and computer information).  All information is collected solely for the purposes of: security, functionality, and ease-of-use.  None of the automatically collected information is used for any other purpose.

Cookies and other Web technologies
When you visit GBF we collect information about your computer and assign you a "cookie" (a small, unique identifier text file). You do not provide this information—it is collected automatically as a means of supporting your visit to our site. This cookie does not contain any PI. Be advised that, by refusing to accept a cookie, you will not be able to access the website services offered by GBF.

GBF collects certain technical information from your computer each time you request a page during a visit to GBF. Member registration information
When you register to become a member of GBF, we use your information to create your member account. You will then receive a "Welcome to GBF" e-mail that contains your Member ID and describes the benefits of using GBF for enjoying your sweepstakes experience.

Online Discount Card purchase
Information collected when you complete your member profile is used to confirm and process your Online Discount Card purchases.

Responses to your questions or suggestions
We will use your e-mail address or telephone number to respond when you submit a question or suggestion, or request assistance with viewing your profile, logging on to footballsweeps.com, or accessing your account.

Improving the quality of your visit to our site
We collect certain information (e.g., buttons clicked ) based on your navigation of our site in order to better understand and serve our customers. This data allows us to streamline your ability to navigate the site and develop featured programs and content that will be of interest to our members and site visitors. No PI is collected unless you explicitly provide it.

GBF does not sell or rent your PI to anyone.

Service providers
To provide and process the Online Discount Card purchasing you request, GBF shares your PI with our authorized service providers. We only share information about an Online Discount Card purchase on www.footballsweeps.com Our service providers need information about your purchase, as well as your credit card information, to process and confirm the purchase.

 How you can control the use of your information
GBF believes that members and site visitors should have control over the collection and use of their PI. You have access to your information in the following areas of GBF:

My Profile
The My Profile page on GBF allows members to view and change their account settings. The e-mail settings option lets you change your e-mail address. You can also change your password. You can update or correct names, phone numbers, and preferences.

You can also close your GBF account by selecting the Profile Closure option. Once you close a profile, you will not be able to sign in or access any information associated with the profile, but you can open a new profile at any time. We will send you an e-mail confirming your profile closure to the e-mail address contained in your member profile.

 How you can decide marketing communications
Members will receive communications from GBF when they:

Sign up to become an GBF member
When you sign up as a new GBF member, you will receive a "Welcome to GBF" e-mail. This e-mail contains your Member ID and describes the benefits of using footballsweeps.com

Request to close or update an account
When you complete an Account Closure request or modify your account information (e.g., update your e-mail address), we will send you a confirmation e-mail.

Purchase Online Discount Cards
Each time you purchase Online Discount Cards through GBF you will receive confirmation of your Online Discount Card via e-mail.

We do not spam, tel-market, or use junk mail. 

Request customer support or submit questions/suggestions
When you request assistance with viewing your profile, logging on to the footballsweeps.com web site, or accessing your account, we will respond to you via e-mail or telephone.

 How we protect your information
We want our members and site visitors to feel confident about using GBF to support their non-profit organization and enjoying their sweepstakes.  S o we are committed to protecting the information we collect. GBF has implemented a security program to keep information that is stored in our systems protected from unauthorized access. Currently, GBF only stores the information you provide when registering to become an GBF member or purchasing Online Discount Cards.

Our systems are configured with data encryption, or scrambling, technologies, and industry-standard firewalls. When you send personal information to GBF over the Internet, your data is protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure safe transmission.

Changes to the GBF Privacy Statement

This Privacy Statement was produced and posted on GBF on July 20, 2005. GBF reserves the right to modify or amend this Privacy Statement at any time and for any reason. If there are material changes to this statement or in how GBF will use your PI, GBF will prominently post such changes prior to implementing the change.

Regardless of later updates, we will abide by the information privacy practices described in this Privacy Statement at the time you provided us with your information.
