Please remember the more information you can provide us, the better we can respond to your request. We recommend sending us the following information:
  - Your name
  - Any member account information you can provide (email address, access code, ticket number etc.)
  - The name of the organization that sold you the ticket
  - The sport (football, basketball, etc.)
  - If you prefer a phone call, please include the number to call
  - Message explaining the issue
