No
. Registration is not required in order to be a winner. You only need to fill out the ticket's stub with your contact information. The organization will use
BOTH
the ticket stubs and online Member information to pay winners. If you do not register as a Member the organization has your ticket stub and will automatically contact you if you are a winner.
